1. Open a new or existing document in Excel.
2. Click on the 'Page Layout' tab.
3. Click on the 'Orientation' button in the Page Setup button group, then select 'Landscape' if 'Portrait' is already highlighted, or 'Portrait' if 'Landscape' is already highlighted.
