How to Delete a Drop Down Box in Excel

Remove the Drop-Down Only
1. Select the cells that have drop-down boxes.
2. Click the 'Data' tab and choose 'Data Validation.'
3. Remove the check in the box labeled 'In-cell dropdown.' Click 'OK.'

4. Select the cells that have drop-down boxes.
5. Click the 'Data' tab and choose 'Data Validation.'
6. Select 'Any value' under 'Allow.' Click 'OK.'
