How to Have Excel Update Upon Data Entry

1. Open the saved Excel worksheet.
2. Click the 'Formula' tab on the command ribbon.
3. Click the down arrow for the 'Calculation Options' button in the 'Calculation' group. A list appears.
4. Click 'Automatic.' A check mark appears. Excel will calculate as you type the new data.
