How to Span Columns in MS Excel

1. Highlight the cells you want to merge by holding 'Shift' and moving the arrow keys to highlight the data.
2. Right-click on a highlighted cells and select 'Format Cells.'
3. Click 'Alignment.'
4. Check the box next to 'Merge Cells.'
